Purpose MDC MiPCT Dashboards and Reports provide information to participating POs to support the achievement of MiPCT project goals; the information includes patient-level and aggregate quality indicators, utilization rates, and cost information. Last Updated: 4/10/2013

Requesting an Account & Logging In • Request an MDC account • Log in to your MiPCT dashboard • Accounts have 1 ID and 2 passwords • IDs and passwords arriving 10/26 https://www.michigandatacollaborative.org Last Updated: 4/10/2013

Dashboards General Information • Click the tabs along the to navigate to the different dashboards • The dashboards are separated into two categories: • project (MiPCT) • PO (specific to your PO) Last Updated: 4/10/2013

Dashboards PO-specific Dashboards • Dashboard Display Criteria: • Select criteria from drop-down menus to subset your data • Data in tables and graphs automatically update • Use the Reset button to “Clear All” criteria • Timeframes for the data are listed in the text Last Updated: 4/10/2013

Reports View PO Report Tab • You can view the following reports that are specific to your PO: • ED Summary Report (Most Recent 6 months) • ED Detail Report (Most Recent 6 months) • You can view, sort, print, and export the data in these reports Last Updated: 4/10/2013
Reports Download PO Report Tab • You can click the links to download the following zip files: • All Payer Patient List (formerly called “MultiPayer Attribution”) – a monthly list of attributed patients • Reports (contains a monthly set of standard reports) • The reports are preformatted in Excel, which you can distribute or import into your own system Last Updated: 4/10/2013
