  2. CIPRO WEBSITE WWW.CIPRO.CO.ZA Type in “Customer Code”Type in “Password”Click on “Login”

  3. After Login, the next screen will be displayedClick on the left hand side on “Close Corporations”

  4. Click on “Amend details for Close Corporation and/or auditor’s and all members (CK2)”

  5. Type in the “Enterprise Number”Type in the “Enterprise Name”Click on “Continue”

  6. The “Current Name of Corporation” will be displayedSelect “Change Name” for change of name of Close CorporationType in new name and reservation numberSelect “Keep” or “Change” or “Deregister” Translated Name and type in the name and reservation numberif any changesSelect “Keep” or “Change” or “Deregister” Shortened Name and type in the name and reservation number if any changesClick on Continue with application

  7. Image of amended CK2 will be displayedPrint image of documentMembers have to sign this documentAttach the original Accounting Officer Letter with CK2Lodge CK2 at CIPRO officesCIPRO will verify CK2 and a Certificate will be issued to Customer

  8. The “Close Corporation Details” screen will be displayedThis information is the current information as on our Database

  9. Change all information you need to changeClick on “Submit”

  10. Click on “Please click here” and this will allow you to open the image of all information amended

  11. CK2 COMPLETED
