In the aftermath of conflicts and natural disasters, the active participation of women and young people offers a real opportunity to construct a lasting peace, reduce poverty and enhance development. • The inclusion of formerly-marginalized groups will enable societies to forge more equitable political and social systems and to build a future where human rights means human rights for all.
