  3. What is Temporary Housing? • Modular or portable housing • Located on an oil and gas lease • Relocates with the workforce Federal

  5. Public Drinking Water • If you serve • 25 people per day • at least 60 days per year OR • You have 15 connections

  7. Hauling Potable Water • Water shall be obtained from an approved source • The equipment used to haul the water must be approved by the ED • Tanks must be constructed to meet certain criteria

  8. On Site Sewage Facilities& Graywater • If located at the drilling well or disposal well site. • Regulated by RRC

  9. On Site Sewage Facilities& Graywater • If located on the lease but not at the drilling well or disposal site. • Regulated by TCEQ or the local authorized agent

  11. Chemical Toilet Waste • Must be hauled by a registered sludge transporter • Disposed of at an authorized disposal facility

  12. Trash or Garbage • Residential-like trash that has not come into contact with oil and gas waste can be transported to a TCEQ permitted disposal site.
