Firo-B • “When things are going well, we may be pleased, but unclear about how we got there; when things are going badly, we may not have a meaningful awareness of what has changed or how to go about creating the good times again” • The test consists of assessing 54 simple statements. • These answers lead to 3 clusters (respectively divided in 2 parts). They give an answer to the following questions: • How do I typically behave towards other people and the behaviours you want back from them. It can increase your understanding of areas such as: • How do I come across to others? • Why may it be that the “real you” is not seen by the others? • Why do I not make that impression on people that I would really like to? • How and why do conflicts develop between well-meaning people? • How to understand and to manage your own needs as you interact with others • Are the others the cause of my/their frustrations or have they more to do with my own behaviour as I interact with others? • If wanted the link can be made how people possibly transmit their own education to their own children
