  2. He bids us make His glories known, His works of pow’r and grace; And we will tell His wonders down Through ev’ry rising race.

  3. The Lord is God and He alone Now fear His holy name Love Him with heart and soul and might And walk in all His ways

  4. Our lips will tell them to our sons, And they again to theirs; That generations yet unborn May teach them to their heirs.

  5. Thus we will learn in God alone Our hope securely stands, That we may ne’er forget his works, But practice his commands.
