GWA 2x Standards for green-new features With GWA standards, supplier can easily customize their needs on each page. They can email this page, print this page, IBM bookmarks, etc. If you are wish to email a CSA request to another user, they must already have CSA access. Otherwise, they will not be able to view that page since they will be required to log into CSA first.
Alternative work location function-Brief description • The Procurement council in each country will decide if this function will be configured for use. • If configured, this new function will allow the requester to define if they want to review supplier responses from an alternate work location to the requested primary work location to provide IBM with a more competitive pricing option. • When you create your response that has this option activated, you will see a field to identify if you wish to provide a response for the alternate work location that is either defined by the requester or by the supplier. If this option is not selected, suppliers will only be able to provide responses for the primary work location defined by requester. • Please note that if the supplier does submit a response for an alternate work location, there will not be a rate matrix displayed for that alternate work location. However, CSA will validate against the rate matrix and if the supplier is not allowed to to input a rate higher than matrix rate, CSA will display a warning message.
Alternative work location- Supplier side Scenario when requester has defined both the primary and alternate work location Scenario when supplier has option to identify the alternate work location
