Exercise Goals • Try to keep the same amount of activity during October through the new year • If you find yourself indulging a bit more, increase the activity you get during these months • For Thought…. A cracker with cheese, One ounce of potato or tortilla chips, A small piece of fudge, a shortbread cookie, ...that comes to 390 calories. You will need to walk 3.9 miles, 6.29 kilometers, or 7800 steps, assuming you cover one mile in 2,000 steps. One hour walk to burn off these goodies!
