  5. LEP Flag & Score Reporting Category • ODE will require that ELPA only be available to students for whom LEP is set to “Y” in the SSID collection. This includes students coded 4N in the LEP collection. This change will help ensure that only LEP students take ELPA. • ODE will provide districts with two additional Score Reporting Categories starting with the 2010-2011 ELPA: Grammatical and Illocutionary Title III Directors Meeting Feb.16,2010

  6. 3rd Grade Spanish Reading Assessment • Available 3/29-5/14 • OAKS Online Adaptive test • Mirrors the English Reading Assessment • Counts toward AYP (Pending approval from USDOE) • Will be considered one OAKS opportunity Title III Directors Meeting Feb.16,2010
