Review and Centralization Process • Variety of approaches to gathering needs, approaches, best practices from schools and departments and putting together plans and next steps • Inputs: ITAC, Academic Tech Committee, CLAC, Monthly Extended Staff – short topics • Process: Explorations, Future Forums, Solutions and Best Practices Forums - Wide invitations • Sometimes resulting in: Working groups, or just minutes and next steps • Careful choice about what to absorb in the center • High level support for the process
