USGS ABC MAPPING ANOMALY: • USGS has certain efforts or ‘Projects’ that are funded from multiple Goals as well as multiple disciplines (budget line items) • Problem not yet resolved: • All projects need to demonstrate accountabilty, meaning only a “fraction” of a particular output could be attributed to each of the Goals and/or Disciplines….. • ABC begs association of one output to one goal to one $, who gets credit?
