2. Current Emphasis • UD Daily Devotional – Currently reaches approximately 10,000 people daily. • UD Prayer – Approximately 1,500 prayer requests per year. • Resource Materials- Approximately $ 2,000 yearly sold from the Ultimate Decision Website. • Current Donors have given $ 50,000 in 2010 • Brad Henry has been working part time to help fund the ministry

3. Plans for 2011 UD Devotional 200% Increase from 10,000 daily readers of the UD Devotional to 30,000 • Ask our current 10,000 readers to partner in a “Day of Evangelism” on which they invite friends to be added. • We are becoming the “Daily Devotional” for different websites. We will continue cultivating new ministries, non-profits and corporations around the world to have them add our daily devotional. Readers can sign up after reading the devotional as a “Subscriber”. • Make the devotional available as a one-minute podcast. • Work with radio stations to broadcast the one minute UD Devotional. • Currently working with studios to produce these 1 minute segments. The one minute segments will also channel people to the regular daily devotional.

4. Translations • The Ultimate Decision currently has over 2,000 devotionals. We are working with various individuals and Translation companies to translate the 2,000 past and new devotionals into 52 different languages. We are doing this through some very unique interactive software. But software only translates so far. We are looking for individuals in each of these countries to make sure that the translation coveys the message properly. UD Prayer Focus Increase the requests from 1,200 yearly to over 5,000 yearly requests. • Increased number of email subscribers will produce many new requests. • Develop a database to track requests and follow up on prayer requests. • Enhance Facebook presence (15% of our prayer requests are coming from this platform.) • Focus on publicizing answered prayer requests to show the power of the Lord … a great “Faith Building” resource.

7. UD Resource Materials We currently sell resource materials to help fund The Ultimate Decision. We would like to: • Give away resource materials to those who can’t afford them. • For those who can afford resource materials we would like to give books away at cost on a monthly basis. We want to be able to help people grow in their faith by giving Bibles and books that challenge them to a deeper spiritual life. This will help many be better able to “Live Out” their walk as they better understand who Jesus is. • We will also have an online resource page providing quick access to the most timely resource materials.

8. UD Resource Page Each month we will give a book at close to cost. Our publisher Bridge Logos will be able to supply us with some great resource materials.
