  6. Shibboleth • Next Generation of Access Management • Username and password need only be supplied once per session • Uses AU username & password, no need to remember additional passwords. • Replaces Athens

  15. Secure Usernames, Passwords & URLS • Can be used where VPN can not • List can be accessed using any valid individual AU username and password • List is stored in a central location, no need to hunt down individual passwords on module pages/blackboard
