Objectives • Understand How to Add a Formula Grant • Enter Grant Plan Information • Enter Program Funding • Enter Budget • Enter Registrants • Set the Grant Plan to Pending Status • Create Grant Planning Form • Understand How to Approve a Formula Grant • Set the Grant Plan to Approved Status • Create Grant Planning Form

  3. Staff Menu Click to add a grant

  4. Add a Formula Grant

  5. Choose Grant Title Click to select grant title

  6. Choose Grant Year Click to choose grant year

  7. Choose LWA Click to choose LWA Click ‘Next’ to continue

  8. Grant Already Entered Note only one formula grant per year per LWA

  9. Formula Grant Choose New Program Year Click ‘Next’ to continue

  10. Grant Added Note message that grant has been added and new grant number

  11. Grant Plan Information Click to add Grant Plan Information

  12. Grant Plan Information

  13. Add Comments Enter comments then save

  14. Update Successful

  15. Add Program Funding Click to add Program Funding Information

  16. Add Funding

  17. Add Funding Enter information then click ‘Calculate Program Funding’

  18. Program Funding Click ‘Save’ when finished

  19. Update Successful

  20. Add Budget Click to add Budget Information

  21. Add Budget

  22. Add Budget Add the budget line items and click ‘Save’

  23. Update Successful

  24. Add Registrants Click to add Registrants

  25. Add Registrants

  26. Add Registrants Enter information then save

  27. Update Successful

  28. Submit Grant Plan for Review

  29. Changing to Pending Click to edit Program Funding Information

  30. Draft to Pending Once status is changed to Pending click ‘Save’

  31. Update Successful Click to see Budget status

  32. Draft to Pending Status is now ‘Pending’ click Registrants to continue

  33. Draft to Pending Click to edit Registrants Information

  34. Draft to Pending Once status is changed to Pending click ‘Save’

  35. Update Successful Click to go to Grant Plan Information

  36. Draft to Pending Once status is changed to Pending click ‘Save’

  37. Confirmation Message Clicking ‘Save’ at this point will lock the grant

  38. Update Successful Note save confirmation Click to go to Grant Plan Information screen

  39. Pending Status Note status is now read-only Click ‘Cancel’ to return

  40. Grant Planning Form Click to create Grant Planning Form

  41. Grant Planning Form Save and Print Icons Grant Planning Form in ‘Pending’ status

  42. Approve/Disapprove Click to go to a listing of all pending grants

  43. Approve/Disapprove Click to view the grant

  44. Approve/Disapprove Click to add Program Funding Information

  45. Approve/Disapprove Click to Approve or Disapprove

  46. Approve/Disapprove Once status is changed to Approved or Disapproved click ‘Save’

  47. Update Successful Note save confirmation Click to go to Budget screen

  48. Approve/Disapprove

  49. Update Successful Click to go to Registrants screen

  50. Approve/Disapprove Once status is changed to Approved or Disapproved click ‘Save’
