Staff Menu Click to add a grant
Choose Grant Title Click to select grant title
Choose Grant Year Click to choose grant year
Choose LWA Click to choose LWA Click ‘Next’ to continue
Grant Already Entered Note only one formula grant per year per LWA
Formula Grant Choose New Program Year Click ‘Next’ to continue
Grant Added Note message that grant has been added and new grant number
Grant Plan Information Click to add Grant Plan Information
Add Comments Enter comments then save
Add Program Funding Click to add Program Funding Information
Add Funding Enter information then click ‘Calculate Program Funding’
Program Funding Click ‘Save’ when finished
Add Budget Click to add Budget Information
Add Budget Add the budget line items and click ‘Save’
Add Registrants Click to add Registrants
Add Registrants Enter information then save
Changing to Pending Click to edit Program Funding Information
Draft to Pending Once status is changed to Pending click ‘Save’
Update Successful Click to see Budget status
Draft to Pending Status is now ‘Pending’ click Registrants to continue
Draft to Pending Click to edit Registrants Information
Draft to Pending Once status is changed to Pending click ‘Save’
Update Successful Click to go to Grant Plan Information
Draft to Pending Once status is changed to Pending click ‘Save’
Confirmation Message Clicking ‘Save’ at this point will lock the grant
Update Successful Note save confirmation Click to go to Grant Plan Information screen
Pending Status Note status is now read-only Click ‘Cancel’ to return
Grant Planning Form Click to create Grant Planning Form
Grant Planning Form Save and Print Icons Grant Planning Form in ‘Pending’ status
Approve/Disapprove Click to go to a listing of all pending grants
Approve/Disapprove Click to view the grant
Approve/Disapprove Click to add Program Funding Information
Approve/Disapprove Click to Approve or Disapprove
Approve/Disapprove Once status is changed to Approved or Disapproved click ‘Save’
Update Successful Note save confirmation Click to go to Budget screen
Update Successful Click to go to Registrants screen
Approve/Disapprove Once status is changed to Approved or Disapproved click ‘Save’
