  7. RESULTADOS O NÚMERO DE TUFOS PRODUZIDOS FOI SUPERIOR NOS TRATAMENTOS T2 E T3 EM RELAÇÃO A T1 E T4. HOUVE DIFERENÇA SIGNIFICATIVA PARA ALTURA MÉDIA NOS TRATAMENTOS T2, T3 E T4, COM EXCEÇÃO DO T1.

  8. A PRODUÇÃO DE MATÉRIA VERDE • VARIOU DE 0,2 A 0,4g. • O PESO MÉDIO NÃO FOI AFETADO • PELOS TRATAMENTOS HORMONAIS. MORTALIDADE FOI BAIXA 0 A 23,3%

  9. RESULTADOS A INDUÇÃO DE RAÍZES OCORREU SOMENTE NO T4, DEVIDO A PRESENÇA DE AUXINA NO MEIO DE CULTURA.

  10. CONCLUSÕES • Viabilidade da técnica de micropropagação para multiplicação. • Possibilidade de alongamento do explantes para um futuro • enraizamento in vitro e ex vitro.
