Clarity of purpose • Take a piece of paper and fold it • Now draw a star and create a box border. • Colour it in. • Cut the corners. • Write your name on it and give it to someone else. • When you get someone else's, draw three horizontal lines on the coloured star.
Vision and purpose • Think of a team you worked in where the direction was strong. What did that feel like? • Think of a team you worked in where direction was weak or non-existent. What did that feel like? • Think of a time where the direction changed frequently. What did that feel like?
