3. TeachingPartners As God leads us internationally, we will seek, establish and nurture relationships with critical partners who will use LifeWay biblical solutions to lead individuals to be more like Christ, and to help churches to grow.

7. A good partnership takes four…. LifeWay God Kingdom Work International Partner (IP) Teaching Partner (TP)

8. LifeWay InternationalCommitments IP – International Partner TP – Teaching Partner • LifeWay International will recommend a training proposal to the IP, based on needs in the country. • With IP and TP, we reach agreement on the dates, places and conference format. • Provide training to the TP. • Provide training resources to the TP. • Provide promotional information to IP to use for the event.

9. Provide packet elements – folders, pens, catalogs, registration cards, evaluation forms. This would include shipping to the country. • Sends originals of handouts used in the event to IP. • Enlist the help of a distributor/customer to provide resource support and sales. • The distributor would work with IP to promote the event, and provide other logistical support.

10. Teaching PartnerCommitments • Enlist and provide a team of people capable of traveling and teaching. • Pay for the team expenses: travel, hotel, food. • Practice the conference presentation. • Commitment to read/study (know) the LifeWay resources. • Share with LifeWay International a “praise report” of what the Lord did as a result.

11. International PartnerCommitments • Make and provide copies of the handouts for the participants. • Provide a place for the training. • Promote the training and invite people to participate. • If needed, a projector (overhead and/or PowerPoint) • Screen or white wall for the projection. • Sound system (if needed) • Provide a team to take care of registration, words of welcome and instruction, etc.
