Campus Environment and activities • Student Activities include clubs like choral groups, concert band, dance, drama theatre, jazz band, literary magazine, marching band, music ensembles, music theatre, radio station, student government, student newspaper, student film society, symphony orchestra, television station, and yearbook.
Sports • NCAA Division 1 and competes in the Pac-12 Conference • Division 1 sports being baseball, basketball, diving, field hockey, football, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, rowing, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, volleyball, water polo, rugby, and other sports. • Intramural Sports include basketball, soccer, softball, tennis, ultimate Frisbee, and volleyball.
Greek Life • Four diverse councils: Interfraternity Council (IFC), Multi-Cultural Greek Council (MSGC), National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), and the PanHellenic Council (PHC). • IFC is the Men’s organization, Fall Rush week August 29- September 4, 2014 • MCGC and the NPHC are both men’s and women’s organizations that require direct contact as their recruitment method. • PHC is the women’s organization, Fall Formal Recruitment August 29-September 3, 2014
