Strategy • Awareness creation through • Awareness programs at • LA level • Unit level • Take into confidence the heads of institutions / parents allowing them to incorporate the program • Social networking sites • Public awareness – Interaction, street plays, handouts and by any other means • Target setting at LA and unit levels at the time of awareness creation program • Ensure creation of MOP IDs at all levels giving young the taste of MOP network in line with existing social networking sites, mobile apps • Execute MOP inline with existing advancement program and PM shield / Uparashtrapati award competition • Motivate on • Planning and execution of MOP related activities • To report activities • Healthy competition at various levels on • Introducing new member as MOP • Number of service hours that are logged onto MOP site through their individual profile • Rewards such as a scarf / woggle / patch or any other on successful completion of set targets by DA/LA/Unit level
Projected Numbers • MOP connections : 2000 Numbers • Service hours: 20000 service hours • NOTE: • Since the team members are from different districts we are considering following numbers as reference: • No. of LA’s = 10 • No. of units = 100 • No. of scouts / guides / rovers / rangers = 3200 • The projected numbers are for duration of 90 days
