fn 1 Hold down the Ctrl, ALT or FN and the PrintScrn at the same time It will look like nothing happened…. but it did take a screen shot
Decide where you would like to place the object… right click with your mouse. Select Paste.
Crop the Picture in Power Point 1. If using Power Point, click on the picture and then select format from the top bar. Select crop and you will see dark lines in the corners of the picture. Pull those line in to crop
Crop the Picture in Publisher • If using Publisher, click on the picture and then the picture tool bar will appear. • From the tool bar select crop and you will see dark lines in the corners of the picture. Pull those line in to crop
Enlarge or Resize your picture Make sure that the crop dark corners are gone by clicking somewhere else on the page. Click on the photo to shrink or enlarge in the corners. You should just see the dots, not the dark crop lines.
