  1. EMCP 2011 Planning for the EMCP week May 1 – 6, 2011

Sunday, May 1Orientation: Tory QuadRain Locations: – UC Galleria • 1 pm – courses 200 – 217 • 2 pm – courses 218 – 235 • 3 pm – courses 236 – 253 • Review the activities for the week: course outlines; field trips, waiver forms, etc. • Formal guided tours: Tory Foyer at 2 & 3 pm • Attendance is checked 2X a day; 10 am & 2 pm. Classes dismissed at 3pm (no earlier or later).

  3. Monday, May 2 • Students who missed the orientation were informed to report in Tory Foyer at 8:15 am • School bus drop off area – Prescott Res.Class time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm • Lunch break • Courses 200 – 225 at 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm • Courses 226 – 253 at 12:30 pm -1:30 pm • Submit T-shirt sizes

  4. Tuesday, May 3 • T-Shirts will be distributed • To be worn on Wednesday • Certificates • Check names (Spellings)!

  5. Wednesday, May 4 • Lunch at 12:00 noon • Activities in Tory Quad: Pres. Runtewill be in the area... • Surprised activity! • BBQ fundraising - $5

  6. Thursday, May 5 • Certificates & Course Evaluations • will be distributed to instructors

  7. Friday, May 6 • Course Evaluations • Display area in Tory Foyer • Post EMCP Reception at 3 pm • At Mike’s Place • Submit receipts, attendance, evaluations, etc. • Drinks and refreshments will be served. • Note: Pay & reimbursement deposited on May 30 .

  8. Reminders: Contacts, Deadlines, etc. • Equipment Bookings – IMS x 3815 • Teaching console code-1955 • Library: tours, videos, etc. – Janice Scammell x 2017 • Computer Labs/Passwords – Nestor Querido x 1898 • Photocopying – Leanne DiCintio x 7095 • Field Trip Transportations – Absolutely no private vehicles! Book before April 25 • Medical Concerns: section 4 of the binder
