Important Reminders • Medical Concerns: refer to your class list, section 3 • Computer Labs/Passwords – refer to your attendance sheet, section 3 • Transportation: Field Trips – School Bus; book by April 22; absolutely no private vehicles! • Teaching Workshop – EDC is offering a one-time teaching workshop week of Apr 8 • Equipment Bookings – IMS ext. 3815 (Teaching console code-1724) • Library – tours, videos, etc. – Susan Tudin ext. 2018 • Photocopying – Emma Wallace, ext. 3026/Leanne DiCintio, ext. 7095 • EMCP Phones – • 613.520.2600 ext. 7095 (main office) • 613.219.2601 – cell (HQ)

Sunday, May 5Orientation: Tory QuadRain Locations: – UC Galleria • 1 pm: courses 200 – 217 • 2 pm: courses 219 – 236 • 3 pm: courses 237 – 254 • Review activities for the week: course outlines; field trips, waiver forms, meet parents, etc. • Formal guided tours: Tory Foyer at 2 & 3 pm • During the week: Attendance is checked twice a day; at 10 am & 2 pm. Classes must be dismissed at 3pm (no earlier or later).

  4. Monday, May 6 • Students not present at the orientation: report first thing Monday morning in Tory Foyer (8:15 am) • School bus drop off area – Prescott Res.Class time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm • Lunch break • Courses 200 – 225 at 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm • Courses 226 – 254 at 12:30 pm -1:30 pm • T-shirt sizes for your students

  5. Tuesday, May 7 • T-Shirts will be distributed • To be worn on Wednesday • Certificates • Check names & spellings!

  6. Wednesday, May 8 • Lunch at 12:00 noon • Activities in UC Galleria: • Draw for Prizes • cotton candies; popcorn, balloons, etc. • Little Ray’s Reptile Zoo

  7. Thursday, May 9 • Certificates & Course Evaluations will be distributedto instructors. • these will be collected the following day (Friday).

  8. Friday, May 10 • Course Evaluations & Certificates • Display area in Tory Foyer • Post-EMCP Reception at 3 pm • At Mike’s Place • Submit receipts, attendance, evaluations, etc. • Drinks and refreshments will be served. • Note: Pay & reimbursement will be deposited on May 30.
