  1. Local Outreach & Evangelism At Grace Bible Church

  2. Reasons for Outreach • What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? • If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? • So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. James 2:14-17

  3. Our Focus • So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith. Galatians 6:10 Based on these Verses, GBC chooses to focus on the basic needs of our community when it comes to Outreach: Food Clothing Shelter

  4. Outreach Leading to Evangelism • The aim is to Evangelize through one to one relationships • This requires building relationships with people who do not know Christ • Participating in Community Events establishes relationships to become aware of needs • Meeting needs establishes direct relationships leading to sharing our faith
