Finally, taking steroids will bring negative effect in legal system because more professional athletes who use PEDs are becoming more noticeable. As stated in Ryan Quinn’s article, “In the BALCO scandal, Barry Bonds, Jason Giambi, Marion Jones, etc. has been dragged front and center” at the court (2008, Page 95). However, there are consequences to doping. For instance, as pointed out in Marion Jones Comes Clean article “Marion Jones was stripped of her Olympic medals she won while competing in violation of rules and lost her freedom for a decade” (2009, Jones). Sport doping will damage an athlete’s reputation. As illustrated in Ryan Quinn’s article (2008), “The secret testimony by the elite athletes was leaked to the media and it made the public demand answer to legal questioning” (Page 80). The sports fan would want to know the details about the illegal drug cases that related to professional athletes. Paragraph/Essay writing is not easy.
