Case Inventory Section – Important Fields Support Order Screen Support order type / sub-type combinations are important see Training Update email dated 10/3/12 Paternity only orders do not count on 157 Recoupments Follow ERG 611.14 (rev 11/1/11) So status = P. If the order status is coded P for Pending, the date of order field is not required even though it is a 'red' field. Must not have an order date – if this date is entered, the RM support order will be the first to appear on the payment summary. Use (RM, RT, RB) + case number (example: RB-120003456) as the support order number. 9
