Why is Our Refuge Sure and Steadfast? • Based on 2 Unchangeable things • God Made Promise, Impossible for God to Lie, vs.13, 17-18 • Based on Oath to Abraham, vs.13, Gen.22:16-18 • We can “Bank on it.” • Like Sunrise, sunset, change of seasons, gravity
