Focus on what we have in common (Rm 14:19) No one can take your place/grace Be realistic in your expectations (Ep 4:2) Choose to encourage rather than criticize (Rm 14:4) Refuse to listen to gossip (Prov 20:19) Practice God’s method for conflict resolution (Matt 18:15-17) Support your pastors/leaders (Heb 13:17; I Thes 5:12-13) Protecting your church/team
