Performance Tested HVACStatus • Full service protocol is not cost effective at • 200 kWh per ton, • $1,100 per RTU and • 3 year life • B/C ratio of 0.6 • To have a cost effective program: • Need to streamline service protocols and reduce costs • Need to adopt streamlined M&V methodology • Need Market Transformation for “bolt on” EE services • Owner education of benefits • Service provider training, tools, incentives and marketing
