Analyzer: If you are organized, methodical, and fact-oriented, there is no doubt you have analytical leadership ability. Analyzers like to handle difficult situations and resolve complex issues. Their systematic approach in tackling problems is well-appreciated by their colleagues and followers. However, there are also several disadvantages associated with this leadership style.
These include dubiousness, exceeding vigilance, reluctance in taking risks, and lack of decisiveness. An employee needs to be extremely orderly and commonsensical in order to grab the attention of a boss who is an analyzer.
Doer/Achiever: If you are too impatient to get a thing done and achieve results instantly, you are definitely a doer. Your on-the-move attitude helps you in achieving the results, whether good or bad. Unlike analyzers, doers have the unique ability to take decisions without much thinking. Also, they stand out as task-jugglers, candid individuals.
Under pressure, such people work tremendously well. However, their overshadowing and occasionally thoughtless approach in making decisions and handling tasks greatly affects the outcomes. In addition, their relentlessness and tactless strategies also overwhelm others. Doers like to concentrate on productivity and efficiency. Therefore, it is recommended to never joke around such people.
Visualiser: A person who is capable of seeing the big picture and unconventional thinker is surely able to envision things that others cannot. Their prediction for future is usually correct. Also, the innovativeness and creativity makes them great resources for any business/organization. However, their idealistic approaches are sometimes unrealistic and impractical. In addition, they are good talkers but bad listeners.
Feeler: Such a leader is surely a peoples’ person. You will find him building and nurturing relationships with people and engaging with them on a regular basis. They feel for their subjects and regard them as the most valuable assets. However, their spontaneous and friendly nature often makes it difficult for them to handle the workers.
