Yesterday’s Workout: cardio Chest and triceps: Legs: Back and biceps: Cardio: This view of the app offers a choice to the user of which workout they would like to do that day compared to what they had done in their previous workout. Scenario 1

CHIN UP: Please enter the amount of chin ups you did: Last week amount: Sets: 2 Reps in each: 8 This week amount: Sets: 3 Reps in each: 9 How: Lift your head above bar Recommended: 3 sets, 10 reps each This view of the app offers a sample of how to do a desired workout along with a recommended workload. This view of the app appears when the user clicks the next button. The user is now able to see their previous progress and enter new data. Scenario 1

  6. This view is the main screen of the application that displays the previous workout but this scenario is specifically for cardio. Since the UI for the cardio section will be very different all the other weightlifting exercises, it needs a new UI design. FIT “O” RAMA What workout would you like to do today?   7. Cardio: Completed Stopwatch Did you complete what you were assigned: Yes No week 1: Run 5 minutes walk 2 minutes If the user completes the workout it progresses to a harder stage. If the user doesn't, they must repeat it. ( the arrow returns the user to the summary page.) The cardio aspect of this application has a progressive aspect towards it. As week one starts, users start with a low amount of running and then progresses as the stamina of the user increases. Scenario 2: Cardio

  8. This comes after every workout. The next workout takes you to the second screen. The finished workout takes you to the main screen of the Fit “o” rama app. Lastly, the save data for later options takes the user to the third scenario What would you like to do next? Summary This page contains summary of that particular day’s workout and offers three different tabs to user to do something with the summary page such as if user still feel to workout then continue to workout, if he/she done then save & E-mail or Exit. Contains summary Information about what workout has been done on that day Continue To Workout Save & E-mail Save & E-mail Save & Exit Scenario 3: Email

  11. Save & E-mail This page shows message that users’ summary has been saved or not and also allow them to enter email address in order to email this summary page on email address provided. Your workout summary has been saved. Please Enter, Your E-mail Done Done Scenario 3: Email
