Conclusions • M&T is the basis for quality assurance of products and services as required by technical regulations, standards and consumers. • Measurements are most crucial part of testing while measurement traceability and measurement uncertainty are the key elements of test result. • National Metrology System (NMS) supports testing activities in the country by providing: • Measurement traceability • Knowledge transfer • Technical expertise • R&D • Proficiency testing
