Action Items from March 27th Splinter • Plan for WFC3 and COS splinter at Ball Summer 2001  CLOSED • Initiate Tracking of WFC3 FSW and Ground System Development  CLOSED (Brian, Grant, Olivia, Wayne) [tracking and dependencies now included in Thai’s development schedule] • Initiate Tracking of COS FSW and Ground System Development  OPEN (unassigned) • WFC3 and COS need updated schedules for the delivery of test data suites  CLOSED (G. Blue) • Investigate merging of stimulus keywords with science data keywords – CLOSED – Plan OK (ICAL) • WFC3 MOU updated to reflect new schedules and March 27 splinter  CLOSED - O.   5. STScI - WFC3 Achievements since last time: Ops Telecon support: New error message review process is working well. Ground System: functionality available for basic UVIS Accum, IR Multi- Accum, Lamp Operation, Darks/Biases (Mike Robinson, Wayne Baggett). WFC3 Pipeline and Archive CDR – held on 10/16/2001 (Howard Bushouse) Delivery of AV-03 (Calibration Requirements) – October, 2001. TV Science Calibration report submission (Neill Reid, Frank Bartko). TV software support information gathering meeting – 08/2001. Recommendation for TV Data Handling System submission – 10/2001. Front-end Pipeline ICAL 5

STScI WFC3 Memorandum of Understanding: • Driven by Thermal Vac. • Documents interfaces/dependencies  Ball, STScI, GSFC, ICAL. • Now focuses on two categories of STScI support: • Long-Term – OPUS Pipeline processing and long term Hubble Archive Storage. • Time-Critical- Specialized system for quick-look analysis with real-time archive. recent addition 6
