  7. PRIORITIES FOR SWIFT • INCREASE THE NUMBER OF WOMEN IN GROUP SENIOR LEADERS + 25% by 2015 INCREASE THE NUMBER OF WOMEN IN OPERATIONS CREATE A CULTURE OF INCLUSION

Local level- through Women work • Fostering a culture of inclusiveness by enhancing women’s professional and personal growth. • Women Work is run by a committee of volunteers from across the business, who are tasked with filtering communications throughout the organisation • Executive sponsor Simon Scrivens (MD of Healthcare segment) • Given an operating budget by the D&I team, and encouraged to partner with clients and suppliers • Currently 700 members from across the business • Annual activity plan including a mentoring scheme, celebrations • of international Women’s Day, an annual conference, educational • sessions, inspirational speakers and networking opportunities.

Local level- run by the business • Gender and unconscious bias breakfast discussion • Partnership with BITC Ireland who provided a key note speaker • Attended by Executive level sponsor of Women Work • 30 attendees from a range of companies • Lasting relationships formed • Partnership with Dress for Success • Event with Paula Mee B.Sc Nutrition to celebrate Woman’s International Day

Recognition of our gender diversity efforts in 2012 • Sodexo wins Catalyst award • Four Sodexo women in the Women 1st Top 100 Club • Kathy Ridgard, Centre of Excellence director won Women in Security Award • Natalie Bickford awarded a Diversity Champion Award through Employers network for Equality & inclusion for her support of Women Work and the maternity policy review. 11
