Or Black and bleu seared salmon on Tabasco risotto, bleu cheese sauce & green beans paired with Alberti’s 154’ 2009 Tempranillo, Argentina. Or Highland beef stroganoff with fettuccini, burgundy-cream sauce, roasted sweet peppers, & thyme-infused crème friache with Durigutt’s 2008 Bonarda, Argentina.
