2010-D-1-1 USA Expansion FLU1.2.4: The County will continue to monitor the Urban Service Area allocation. Through this process, the following applicants have satisfied these requirements and are recognized as expansions to the Urban Service Area.
2010-D-1-1 Development Program FLU8.1.4 The following table details the maximum densities and intensities for the Planned Development (PD) Future Land Use designations that have been adopted subsequent to January 1, 2007.
2010-D-1-1 Village I Amendments • VilIage I SAP Amendments • Map amendment to amend the Village I Boundary and adopted Specific Area Plan (SAP) map • Text amendments to the adopted SAP removing 8.06 acres of Upland Greenbelt
2010-D-1-1Analysis and Recommendations • Staff Analysis • Request is consistent with Comprehensive Plan policies addressing Growth Centers and Urban Service Area expansion. • Timeshare units being added with this request were already approved in the initial DRI Development Order. • Proposed use is consistent with development in the area and consistent with the existing uses on the PD it is being added to. • The 8.06 acres of greenbelt within the Village I SAP shall remain undeveloped (conservation), so there shall be no impact to Lake Oliver.
