2009-D-4-3 Camino Reale • Innovation Way Background • Process • Overlay designation adopted per Ch 163 • Objective FLU5.2: “to realize the long range planning vision for southeast Orange County” • Overlay does not grant entitlements • Policy FLU5.2.1: “The overlay does not create any entitlements beyond what is currently shown on the FLUM.” • Plan amendments are required to change land use • FLU5.2.11: “The addition of the Innovation Way Urban Community Village Land Use Classification Overlay Boundary to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) shall not in any way alter the existing Future Land Use or Conservation/ Wetland designations as they currently appear on the FLUM. “
