  6. Breakout One person will share his/her answers to the What’s Important/Missing/Next framework. Commit to a new, specific action from your “What’s Next” answer. Switch roles and repeat steps #1-2. Hold each other accountable to your “What’s Next” answerby agreeing on a check-in date for each of you. Exchange bz cards and say “Thank you.”

What, if anything, were you motivated to do at the end? • Switch roles
