  2. Menu Selections • Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and croutons tossed with Caesar dressing. Served with crackers. • Chicken or Steak Fajita – Selected meat with grilled onions and sweet peppers, lettuce, tomato and Monterey Jack cheese on flour tortilla. Served with Chips and Salsa. • Hamburger or Cheeseburger – Half pound lean ground beef charbroiled with grilled onions and served on a Kaiser roll. Served with Chips.
