Three sections of SGAs that merit particular attention • Eligibility – based on specific requirements listed in the SGA • Rating Criteria – provides a detailed explanation of the criteria used in the review process • Performance Responsibilities – provides information regarding any reports or data that a grantee will have to provide to ETA if a grant is awarded.
