Community Shelter Board • Leads the community’s plan to end homelessness • Primary funder of homeless services, $13M annually • Studies best practices & facilitates implementation • Fosters collaboration between systems of care • Leads grant application processes and other activities to increase available resources • Brokers relationships and manages community relations
