CONTACT Youth Investigations Division (202) 576-6768 Command Information Center (202) 576-6768 DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old SAMANTHA HOLMES, who was last seen inside Alice Deal Middle School 3815 Fort Dr. NW. Ms. Holmes is described as a 13-year-old black female, 5’4”– 5’5” tall, 140 pounds, brown eyes, black hair, and medium complexion. She was last seen in light grey jeans with flowers, black shoes, red hat and a navy black jacket. Ref: CCN #14-040-305
