WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT TODAY? Today we will be talking about looking after our bodies by eating healthily.
WHY IS FOOD IMPORTANT? * Food gives us energy for playing and working. * Our body uses energy all the time. * It is important to eat three meals every day to stay healthy and feeling good.
A healthy diet True or false? If you eat lots of fatty foods, you might get fat. Eating too much sugar is bad for you health. Eating lots and lots of sugar will give you a balanced diet. Fruit and vegetables have lots of fat in them. Most of your vitamins come from fruit and vegetables. Vitamins keep you healthy. Foods such as milk and fish help you grow. Chocolate, bread and rice give you energy. It is a good idea to eat lots and lots of your favourite food.
