Choosing a Provider • Explore the different providers • Do they recycle all wastes? • Determine the costs
Be Careful! • Is there a recycling program already on campus? • Who are they? • Political impact
Buy-in & Implementation • Make sure all parties have input • Everyone on campus has a role • Students are the key to success • Administration must manage the program • Custodial impact should be minimal! • This program should save money!
