Lessons // Conclusion • Necessity of strong political support and commitment; • Transparency and close cooperation with Municipality, central Authorities and Lenders; • A balance contract (visibility); • Way of financing wastewater infrastructure in a context of increasing technical and performance requirements; • A living model of delegated management in the Region.
