  2. Objective of the Student plan The is focused towards promotion of education and targeted towards students , faculties and staff of all the educational institutions. The plan will facilitate dissemination of IT enabled content among students , research scholars and faculties and staff of educational institutions It shall further encourage interaction amongst students and faculties enabling overall environment of education in Rajasthan boosting image of BSNL as a socially responsible corporate The tariff plan is designed with special packages for data and SMS which are of specific interest for education community

  3. Specific Features Unlimited content download from the websites of the participating Educational institutions / Universities. For this purpose, A special APN in the name of bsnledu has been created Free voice calls within College / institute Highly subsidized video call rate @ 10 paisa per minute within college / institute. Reduced voice call rate 10 paisa per minute within University and 30 paisa per minutes to the students/faculty of any university / Boards across the country 300 SMS free. Charges of 5 paisa per SMS beyond free limit. Approximately 73 percent saving in overall bill for students/ universities is expected with the present pattern of usage of student community.
