Conference Met last week with planning committee Key Note Presenters are set Dr. Poindexter, Sacramento City College Gina Lujan, Hacker Lab Panel to follow with ECE, Engineering, CA ISO, & Ag Chris Roe, CA STEM Network Workshops Still need a lot – list has been distributed Networking – NT/STEM theme Music – Yes Speakers – No Bingo – Yes (get raffle ticket upon turning yours in?) Raffle prizes – put ticket on tables at each event?

Workshops Met with committee two weeks ago 2nd Draft sent out Will use real data form a K-12 school and a CC Will use Root Causes Document as basis of 2nd half of workshop Will not print copies for attendees Will send out to participants who register and will be on website Can print their own or use tablet or laptop Will give JSPAC members 1st crack at scheduling – Have until 9/30/2013 to schedule then 1st come 1st served LA done, SD tomorrow, PCC/GCC in October Nine more to schedule

  6. E-Seminar Counseling Done, up on website and YouTube channel Data Script done Edited by Laurie Harrison sent out to committee and then full committee 9/13/2013 Scheduled to be finished November 15, 2013
