DCIS data collection sheet Distribution checklist Five working days Procurement technician logs receipt of folder and logs DCIS. Distributes documents according to checklist. Enters and verifies. Returns folder and DCIS printout to the contract specialist. Logs return of folder to contract specialist. Contract specialist files documents within two days.
