They are ideally meant to beautify the appearance and at the same time enhance the strength and durability of the coating to which it is applied. Walls are the most common areas where decorative wall paints are used. Let's have a look at the different types of decorative paints:

Mineral Paint-Also called silicate paint, they are best for damp walls as they have water vapor permeability Varnishes- Meant to protect any paint type, they are durable due to their waterproof properties and resistance to abrasion Primer Paint-Decorative paints for walls require pre-coats and this is what primers are used for. It allows for the absorption of the paint to decorate and finish the wall.

Synthetic enamel paint-Being durable and resistant to water and humidity, it is elaborately used on wooden and metal surfaces as it maintains the gloss pretty well. Today’s market offers a whole lot of different kinds of interior decorative paints.
