  5. Erythematodes • Přítomnost autoprotilátek různého charakteru,spec. proti SS-A/Ro a SS-B/La (ribonukleoproteinům) v keratinocytech. Vysoká exprese těchto antigenů na keratinocytech v kombinaci s UV(nejen UVB ale i UVA!)- vede ke změnám na kůži -motýlový exantém • A) SLE (systémový lupus erythematosus) • fotosenzitivita vysoká • B) SCLE (subakutní kožní erytematodes) • fotosenzitivita vysoká • C) CLE • chronická kožní forma erytematodu • fotosenzitivita menší

  6. Erythematodes • Závěr: • „Výsledek-exprese imunoreaktivních antigenů Ro a La je v kůži vyšší u nemocných fotosenzitivních“ • Nutnost silné fotoprotekce! • Léčba:kortikosteroidy,antimalarikaatd.
