Changes under Rating Systems • A model for national delivery of rating systems • Supported by network of Measurers • Managed and delivered nationally by Yachting Australia • Improved administration, stable costs • Fee for service activity, self supporting • No impact on non-interested members • Supported with knowledge and effectiveness • Increased interest in ORCi and more boats being rated under IRC

Changes to Officiating • Provision of national resources put together by Yachting Australia • A model for state delivery, close to clubs • Measurers, Race Officers, Judges and Umpires • Any club or class could ask for courses • Standard presentations and current exams • Handouts and support resources • Applicants can use RPL or do normal process • Typically events, seminar, exam and assessment • No exam for club level appointments
